J & S Foundation Nursing Scholarship

The J & S Nursing Scholarship was established in 1990 and is intended to assist nursing students who have been admitted to the Nursing Program and have financial need. The scholarship is limited to the cost of tuition and fees. Scholarship recipients will be selected by the LCC Nursing Faculty.
Program Eligibility:
• Traditional RN: Currently enrolled in NURS 152. Must have passed NURS 151, CHEM 121, BIOL 241, BIOL 242, and BIOL 260 with a B– or better. Funding available for up to 5 terms.

• LPN to RN (Campus): Enrolled in NURS 251 during fall, winter or spring. Funding may cover up to three consecutive cohort quarters from the time of award. (Awarded once per year.)

• LPN to RN (eLearning): Enrolled in NURS 244 during fall, winter or spring. Funding available for up to 3 terms.
