George and Katherine Beisse Family Scholarship

The George and Katherine Beisse Family Endowed Scholarship was established by the Beisse family in 2022. The annual award amount of $1,000 is intended to support a student graduating from R.A. Long High School or alternatively, Kelso High School. The successful applicant shall be pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, majoring in elementary or secondary education (or similar program). Preference to candidates with financial need and those from underrepresented communities. The scholarship is renewable for a second year if criteria continues to be met.
