Ruth and Rex West Endowed Scholarship

The Ruth and Rex West Endowed Scholarship was established in 1998 and became a fully funded endowment in 2012. Mrs. West was a student in the first class at Lower Columbia College. This scholarship is intended for full time students with financial and economic need who have a minimum 2.5 GPA to apply and 3.0 GPA to maintain.
