LCC Alumni Women's Basketball Scholarship in honor of Jan Karnoski

The LCC Alumni Women’s Basketball Scholarship was established in 2020 in honor of Jan Karnoski. Jan was head coach of the women’s basketball team, the “She Devils”, from 1975-1984. Jan fostered teamwork and comradery both on the court and off through motivating his players to be their best. For many of his players, their time at LCC was their most memorable of their college careers. This scholarship is intended for a member of the LCC women’s basketball team who is attending full time, has a minimum 2.8 GPA, and financial need.
