Korten Family Music Endowed Scholarship

The Korten Family Music Endowed Scholarship was established in 1997 by Margaret Korten. The Korten family is known for their involvement at LCC and in the community. One of the Korten family members, Mrs. Mardith Korten, served for more than six years on the LCC Board of Trustees. Students who qualify must have three years of piano, band, or orchestra as part of an instructional program (band and/or private lessons). Additional criteria include auditioning for LCC Music Faculty and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
