Lower Columbia College Nursing Alumni Endowed Scholarship

The Lower Columbia College Nursing Alumni Scholarship was established by three alumni of LCC’s nursing program: Bryan Lomax, Ed Hunt, and Don Schaefer. These three former students were grateful for the scholarship they received while earning their degrees and wanted to create an endowed scholarship to help others. Through fundraising efforts, and a generous matching donation from Mark and Theresa McCrady and their families, their dream of an endowed scholarship became a reality in 2007. Eligible students must have successfully completed the first quarter of the Nursing program, will have and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be full time students.
