Fred H. Baxter Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Fred H. Baxter Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in December of 2000. The scholarship provides tuition assistance to Washington students who are full time, entering freshmen with financial need, majoring in business, and planning to transfer to a four-year college to pursue their education.
