Norman H. Parks Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Norman H. Parks Endowed Scholarship was created by Mr. Parks in 1993 providing full tuition to middle-income students with academic promise – students who may fall through the cracks because they do not qualify for federal grants or financial aid. Mr. Parks enjoyed meeting his recipients each year at the Scholarship Social. Sadly, Mr. Parks passed away in 2005, but we honor his memory as his scholarships continue to assist students. Recipients must have minimum 2.5 GPA, attend LCC full time and have financial need (high EFC) but not receiving Financial Aid.
