Lt. James Mosley Memorial Scholarship

The Lt. James Mosley Scholarship was established in 2021 by his loving wife, Mary Pat Williams Mosley, in memory of Jim’s highly ethical career with the Longview Police Department and his respect of all citizens in the Longview community. Recipient must be majoring in criminal justice with the intent of entering law enforcement, have a 3.0 or higher GPA. First preference to members of a police cadet or volunteer program. Applicant must answer the following essay:
