Johnny and Jessie Greene Vocational Endowed Scholarship

The Johnny and Jessie Greene Vocational Endowed Scholarship was created in 1997 by Buzz and Margery Marsh in honor of Margery’s parents. Her father, Johnny Greene, taught auto shop classes at R. A. Long High School for many years and her mother, Jessie Greene, was an avid reader. The scholarship provides tuition assistance to full time students with financial need enrolled in the automotive mechanics or diesel/heavy equipment technology programs, as well as machine trades and welding. Minimum 2.5 GPA is required.
