Ramona J. and Elmer Sylvester Endowed Scholarship

The Ramona J. and Elmer Sylvester (LINK) Endowed Scholarship was established in 1995 by Robert Quoidbach in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester, who were known for their community spirit and support of education. This scholarship provides tuition assistance for full-time students with financial need, priority given to students who have or are participating in the Toutle River Boys Ranch/Youth and Family LINK program with no credit or GPA requirements. Balance of awards will go to full time students with a minimum 2.5 GPA and have financial need. Scholarship is renewable for a second year if criteria continues to be met.
