Roger and Jeane (Wirkkala) Moksness Endowed Scholarship

The Roger and Jeane (Wirkkala) Moksness Endowed Scholarship was established in 2018 by Jeane Moksness in tribute to husband, Roger. This renewable scholarship is intended for students who are residents of Oregon or Washington, pursuing a degree in education or engineering, is a full time student, has a minimum 3.0 GPA and does not qualify for financial aid, but has financial need.
