Carl Devin Rotarian Memorial Scholarship

The Carl Devin Rotarian Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in 2019 by Carl’s loving wife, Patricia, and funded through a joint venture between Longview Early Edition Rotary and Patricia Devin. Carl was an active and committed Rotarian who worked at LCC as a Dean of Vocational studies from 1968 until his retirement in 1998. He oversaw the development and implementation of LCC’s Automotive, Diesel, Nursing and Head Start programs. First preference to an LCC vocational student. Funds are restricted to tuition, fees, books and other costs associated with attending LCC. Scholarship is renewable for an additional year.
